Shipping policies and delivery times

FREE shipping on purchases over $1,599.00 with a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.

 

Free shipping on purchases over $1,599.00 with a delivery time of 3 to 7 business days

Standard shipping is $150.00 on purchases under $1,599.00 with a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.

Standard Shipping to Remote Areas $150.00 on purchases under $1,599.00 with a delivery time of up to 9 business days. 

Express shipping $180.00 with a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.

Pick up in store (FREE). 

Preparation time

Once we receive your order, it will be prepared for shipment the following day. Orders placed after  12:00 pm on Saturday and on Sunday will be shipped the following Tuesday. 

Once the order is prepared, a tracking number will be generated and the customer will be notified by email of their order number and the company that is sending it.

 

Please allow 120 minutes for in-store pickup orders. Our opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 10:30 to 8:00 and Sunday from 10:30 to 2:00.
