We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. We know that choosing a wedding or evening dress is an important decision, so we offer a clear and accessible returns policy:

  • Return period : You can request a return within 5 business days after delivery of your dress.
  • Dress conditions : The dress must be unworn , stain-free , odor-free , and with the original tags intact. We ensure you receive a flawless product and expect the same in its condition upon return.
  • Exclusions : No returns will be accepted for dresses that have been altered, worn, or damaged in any way. Any attempt at alteration will void the return policy.
  • Accessories : Accessories (veils, headpieces, jewelry) are only eligible for exchange and not return, provided they are in original condition.

2. Exchange Policy

If your dress isn't exactly what you expected, don't worry, we're here to help you find the right one. We offer a dress exchange policy , subject to the following conditions:

  • The exchange can be made for another available model or size .
  • The dress must meet the same return conditions mentioned above.
  • If the new model has a higher price, only the difference will be charged.
  • The exchange period is 7 business days after receiving your dress.

 3. Return or Exchange Process

We want to make the returns process as easy as possible for you. Follow these steps to return or exchange your dress:

To ensure a reliable and satisfactory shopping experience, here's how to manage a return or exchange:

  1. Return request : Send us a message via WhatsApp or email within the first 5 business days after receiving your dress. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Free shipping on your first return : Upon approval of your request, we will provide you with a free return shipping label so you can send the dress back to us. This benefit applies only to the first return of each purchase. For subsequent returns, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
  3. Receiving and inspecting the dress : Once we receive the dress, our team will verify that it is in perfect condition (unworn, stain-free, odor-free, and with original tags). Only after confirming that the dress meets these conditions will we proceed with the exchange or refund process.
  4. Change process :
    • Preparing for the exchange : Once we receive the dress and verify its condition, we will send you the new dress. No exchange shipment will be made until we have received and approved the return of the first dress.
    • Refund : If you choose a refund and the dress meets the conditions, it will be processed to your original payment method. Alternatively, we can offer you store credit.

4. Refund Policy

In case of return, the refund will be made as follows:

  • Original payment method : If you paid by card, the refund will be reflected in your statement within a maximum of 10 business days.
  • Store credit : If you prefer, we can offer you store credit with no expiration date for future purchases. 

5. Exceptions

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-made dresses : If your dress was tailored to your exact measurements, we cannot process returns due to the customization.
  • Discounts and promotions : Dresses purchased on sale or under promotions are not eligible for return, but can be exchanged for store credit.
